PPC reports lower profits in H1‏

Pubic Power Corporation (PPC) on Thursday said its revenues fell by 4.0 pct in the first half of 2014 hit by lower demand and a reduction in high- and medium-voltage electricity rates.

SIDMA reports mixed first half results‏

SIDMA SA on Thursday said its consolidated turnover rose 7.0 pct to 51.4 million euros, while including representation sales its turnover rose 3.8 pct to 65.9 million euros in the January-June period.

MLS reports higher H1 results‏

MLS, a Greek-listed IT company, on Thursday said its turnover jumped to 5.08 million euros in the first half of 2014, from 3.75 million euros last year and its after tax earnings totaled 1.06 million euros from 800,000 euros in the same period of 2013.

Greek stocks continue moving higher

Greek stocks ended moderately higher in the Athens Stock Exchange on Monday, extending their rally for the fifth consecutive session. The composite index of the market ended at 1,159.25 points, up 0.25 pct, after rising as much as 0.92 pct during the session.

Intralot signs new contract in Australia‏

Intralot Gaming Services Ltd, a subsidiary of Intralot Australia Pty Ltd, on Monday announced the signing of a contract with Victoria's government to develop a voluntary control game project for 30,000 VLTs operating in the state of Victoria, including the Melbourne casino.

Greek stocks rise for third consecutive session on Thursday

Greek stocks made strong gains on Thursday, rising for a third consecutive session to once again flirt with the 1,150-point mark, with the composite index of the market gaining 2.13 pct to end at 1,143.84 points at the close of trade. Turnover was a low 69.49 million euros.
